In order to fulfill an order you may place via our website, it is necessary for us to collect certain information from you.  The type of customer information we ask for includes name and address for billing and delivery purposes, day phone number, email address.

ezigfits takes our customers' privacy seriously and have taken the appropriate measures to  ensure with confidence that any information given to us by our customers is protected.  We recognise the sensitivity of your personal information and will never share your details with any other organisation.

We do not keep a copy of your credit/debit card numbers, expiry dates or your name on the card.

Returns

ezigifts will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, providing a claim is made within 24 hours once parcel has been signed for - confirmation of claim can be done either by phone call or email.  With particular respect to items that arrived broken or damaged, damage must be advised within 24 hours . Under no circumstances will refunds will be given for notification after this period. PLEASE ENSURE ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER THAT YOU IMMEDIATELY CHECK FOR ANY DAMAGE AND INFORM US IMMEDIATELY.  ezigfits will not offer replacement for damaged/broken items after the 24hr period after receipt of goods has lapsed.To return any item for any reason the customer must arrange for return postage by Australia Post.

For exchanges for change of mind purchases or incorrect choice, ezigifts.com will exchange or refund any undamaged item only if returned within 30 days of purchase, and as long as the purchased is returned in its original condition including its packaging. Delivery and handling charges on returns are not refunded for incorrect choice, and are to be returned to the store at the customer's cost and risk.

In order to process your return of goods, please be sure to include the following information:

  • The reason for the return
  • Your day time phone number

A staff member will be required to contact you to arrange a refund if the store is unable to replace or exchange the goods returned.  We can process the refund by either re-imbursing your credit card, paypal account, or transfer money into your bank account.

Colour - Due to colour calibrations of monitors, printers and the like, colours may differ from what you are seeing or printing. We try to be as accurate as possible. If there is any concern please dont hesistate to contact us.
